The world famous Seven Mile Beach is located on Grand Cayman Island.

Our eight low-rise, 2 and 3 story buildings are staggered horseshoe shaped facing the Caribbean Sea on over 4 acres of beachfront and mature landscaped gardens. There are 42 privately owned condos on the property, less than half of which are in the rental pool. This allows for a unique beach experience with privacy and tranquillity for our guests.

We offer beautifully appointed two and three bedroom rental units, all with oceanfront views. Each condo is individually owned and decorated to suit a wide variety of tastes and is equipped with everything necessary for our guests to experience that “home away from home” feeling. All have central air-conditioning and private patios or balconies with lighting and ceiling fans.

Our kitchens are fully equipped and there are barbeque grills located around the property and at the gazebo if you decide to eat in. There is a large supermarket within 1 mile of our property. Don’t forget the charcoal!

The brick pathways throughout the property that wind around the pool and through our garden areas are fully lit at night for those evening strolls down to the beach to watch the stars and moon over the Caribbean Sea. Our beachside gazebo, complete with tables and chairs, is also lit during the evening hours for games, conversation and relaxation in the sea breezes.

We are proud to offer one of the largest private pools along Seven Mile Beach. Our pool is located adjacent to the beach and gazebo. There are poolside showers. There are also 2 hoses next to the showers for rinsing dive and snorkel gear. We provide plenty of loungers, tables with sun umbrellas and chairs around the pool to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or afternoon snack.

Silver Sands’ convenient location is just secluded enough to provide a true retreat in paradise yet the property is just a 5 minute drive from the best shopping and dining areas on Grand Cayman Island and only 15 minutes from the airport.
